🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy – DZ
We understand that life happens, and plans may change. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for students who may need to cancel or reschedule their course while allowing us to recover costs already incurred in planning and delivering training.
🧾 General Guidelines
- All cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing by email.
- Courses must be completed within 60 days of your initial in-class session and within the same calendar year. Extensions are not permitted.
- Refunds cannot be requested more than 60 days after your course start date.
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at registration. This deposit secures your seat and grants immediate access to study materials and the online classroom.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule once without penalty if requested 30+ days prior to the in-class portion.
- Rescheduling within 15–29 days incurs a $100 rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling within 14 days of in-class training is treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the above refund schedule.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
- If your road test must be retaken due to absence or failure, any retest fees must be paid by the student directly to the MTO.
- Refund deductions and fees are subject to HST.
